Terms of Service

These are the terms on which we quote for, confirm and carry out private transport for our guests.

1. These terms

These terms govern the private transport services provided by Naba Al-Ikram, a division of Milvora Ventures, in Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah and elsewhere in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By confirming a booking with us you accept them.

2. Quotes and booking

A quote is an offer for a specific journey, vehicle class, date and number of travellers. It holds for seven days unless we say otherwise.

Your booking is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation by email or WhatsApp containing your journey details. A quote alone is not a confirmed booking.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are quoted per journey, not per hour, and include fuel, tolls, parking, driver costs and the hospitality items described in your confirmation.

Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due before the journey begins. We accept bank transfer and the payment methods named in your confirmation.

4. Changes and cancellation

• Cancel more than 48 hours before pick-up: no charge.
• Cancel between 12 and 48 hours before pick-up: 50% of the quoted fare.
• Cancel less than 12 hours before pick-up, or fail to appear: the full fare.
• Changes to timing or vehicle class are free where we can accommodate them; where a larger vehicle is needed the difference in fare applies.

If your flight is delayed and you tell us, we will re-time your pick-up at no charge wherever we are able to.

5. Waiting time

For airport pick-ups we track your flight and include ninety minutes of waiting from the time your aircraft lands. For hotel and city pick-ups we include fifteen minutes. Waiting beyond this is charged at the rate shown in your confirmation.

6. Luggage

Each vehicle class has a stated luggage capacity. Please tell us if you are carrying more than the stated allowance, Zamzam containers, or oversized items, so that we can send a suitable vehicle. We may decline luggage that cannot be carried safely.

7. Child seats and accessibility

Child seats and wheelchair assistance are provided free of charge when requested at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee them if they are requested on the day of travel.

8. Ihram and Miqaat stops

Where your journey passes a Miqaat, we will stop so that you may change into ihram and pray, at no additional charge, provided you tell us in advance. Please allow an extra forty-five minutes in your planning for this stop.

9. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate flight, hotel and contact details, and tell us promptly if they change.
• Be ready at the agreed pick-up point at the agreed time.
• Wear seatbelts, and ensure children travelling with you do the same.
• Treat the vehicle and the driver with respect. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.

10. Our responsibilities

We will provide a licensed, insured, roadworthy vehicle and a Saudi-licensed, vetted driver. We will send you the driver’s name and contact number before your journey and keep you informed of any change.

If a vehicle becomes unavailable we will provide a vehicle of the same or a higher class at no extra cost.

11. Delays and events outside our control

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, crowd control around the Haramain, or acts of the authorities. Where a journey cannot be completed for reasons outside our control, we will refund the portion not delivered.

12. Conduct

We may end a journey without refund if a traveller is abusive to the driver, damages the vehicle, or behaves in a way that puts the safety of the vehicle or its occupants at risk.

13. Liability

Our liability for any single journey is limited to the fare paid for that journey, except where Saudi law does not permit such a limit. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Makkah.
