What We Do

Transport, Ziyarat and Services

We are not a taxi company with a religious label on it. Everything we do is built around a pilgrim arriving in an unfamiliar country, often after a long flight, often with elderly parents or small children, needing to be somewhere specific before a specific prayer. Transport, Ziyarat routing and on-the-ground coordination are handled by one team, so there is never a moment where you are told to speak to someone else.

How far in advance should I book?

Two to three weeks is comfortable and guarantees the vehicle class you want. In Ramadan and the Hajj season we ask for a month. That said, we run a 24-hour dispatch desk and can usually cover a same-day airport transfer — call or send a WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly what we have free.

Yes. At Jeddah and Madinah your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a Naba Al-Ikram board showing your name, and carries your luggage to the vehicle. We track your flight, so a delay does not cost you the pick-up — ninety minutes of waiting is included from the moment your aircraft lands.

Yes, and there is no extra charge. Tell us when you book and we build the stop into the journey — Qarn al-Manazil for guests arriving through Jeddah, Dhul Hulayfah for those travelling from Madinah. Allow around forty-five minutes to change, pray two rak’ah and make your intention.

Yes, and a large share of our guests are women travelling alone or in groups. Every driver is background-checked and Saudi-licensed, you receive his name, photo and number before you travel, and the vehicle is GPS-tracked with a link you can share with family at home. A female attendant can be arranged with notice.

Yes. Alongside our own Hiace vans and Coasters we operate a partner network of coaches for Umrah and Hajj groups, with one point of contact for the whole movement. Group and operator enquiries are best sent to partners@nabaalikram.com.
