This policy explains how Naba Al-Ikram handles the personal information of the pilgrims and partners we serve.

1. Who we are

Naba Al-Ikram is a private ground-transport company operating in Makkah, Madinah and Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and a division of Milvora Ventures. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Naba Al-Ikram.

This policy explains what personal information we collect when you enquire with us or travel with us, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

2. The information we collect

We collect only what we need to quote for a journey and carry it out safely.

Enquiry details — your name, phone number, email address, country of residence, travel dates, number of travellers and the journey you are asking about.
Journey details — flight numbers, hotel names and addresses, pick-up times, and any accessibility or child-seat requirements you tell us about.
Messages — the content of WhatsApp, email and phone conversations with our dispatch team.
Website data — pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at our site.

3. How we use it

To prepare a quote and confirm your booking.
To assign a driver and vehicle, and to send you the driver’s name, photo and contact number before you travel.
To contact you about your journey, including changes to timing.
To meet Saudi transport and licensing requirements.
To improve our service, and — where you have agreed — to send you travel guidance and offers.

4. WhatsApp and messaging

Much of our communication with pilgrims happens on WhatsApp. Messages you send us there are stored on your device, on our devices and on WhatsApp’s servers under Meta’s own privacy terms, which we do not control. Please do not send us passport scans, payment card numbers or other sensitive documents over WhatsApp unless we specifically ask.

5. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and to understand how the site is used. We use Google Analytics for aggregate traffic reporting and the Meta pixel to measure the performance of our advertising.

You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

6. Advertising

We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok. These platforms may show you our advertising based on your interaction with our website. We never upload your passport details, travel documents or message content to an advertising platform.

7. Who we share it with

We share your information only where it is necessary:

Your driver — your name, pick-up point, destination and contact number.
Hotels and Umrah operators — where you have asked us to coordinate a check-in or a group movement.
Service providers — hosting, email and analytics providers acting on our instructions.
Authorities — where Saudi law requires it.

8. Where your information is held

We operate between Saudi Arabia and Canada, and some of our service providers store data outside the Kingdom. Where information is transferred internationally we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to the standard described in this policy.

9. How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so that we can recognise returning guests. Completed booking and invoicing records are kept for as long as Saudi tax and transport regulations require. You may ask us to delete your record sooner.

10. Your rights

You may ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you marketing messages. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within thirty days.

11. Children

Our services are booked by adults. We collect information about children travelling with you — typically a first name and age for child-seat purposes — only from the adult making the booking.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Material changes will be notified on this page before they take effect.
